To tell you the truth I have been struggling so much this week! I had no motivation, I felt like I didn't know what to work on next and just didn't even feel like drawing! I took two days to step away and try to clear my head but that really didn't work! I then did a little shopping for myself, bought new gym shoes and pj's and 5 new books! I thought it was about time I treat myself to a few new items. At the book store I really got inspired and bought a book on polymer clay beads, a creativity workbook, doodle stitching book, a how to sell your crafts online book and the latest 2013 artist's market and graphic designer's market book! I think I just needed some "New' items to get inspired and also some good books to help me get where I want to be! I have realized I don't always want to draw draw draw but I want to be crafty and start making things again! My Fiance Brandon and I also bought ourselves some bicycles so we can now go bike riding together for exercise and enjoyment and I am loving it so much! I do love the outdoors and being outside seeing all the scenery and feeling the sun beam down on me. So I am happy to say I am starting to feel better and getting back in the swing of things!

I feel that shopping is great therapy for whatever ails me! I always feel better after I buy something new, whether it is a piece of scrapbooking paper or a whole lot of new supplies! I even get excited getting groceries! LOL

It's nice to clear your head and look at things in a different light. Exercise and Fresh air always help. I am glad you are feeling better :)
