I hope everyone had a good holiday!  I wanted to share 2 presents I got.  One is a candle making kit and the other a sewing machine!  I have always wanted to try and make my own candles and I have wanted to learn how to start sewing!  I am thinking to make some cute labels for the candles and some cute purses and softies with my sewing machine! :)  2 Cute Ink Candles and 2 Cute Ink Sewing here I come!  I am hoping to get back into regular blog posting this week and expect to start seeing some sneak peek digital stamps, sketches, videos and colored illustrations!

So here is the final logo design for Bee Creative Dance.  I think it came out pretty good though the shadows and highlights are not showing up as well as they do on my Ipad.  I am adding this design to my carbonmade portfolio page and hope to add more color artwork soon.

My mom and bob came to visit this weekend and I just wanted to share a few pictures!
I had a fun time, we went shopping, to the movies, and just had fun relaxing at the house!

So I was recently asked to do a custom logo design for a small dance company for kids called "Bee Creative Dance".   Clarissa loved my Bumble bee cutie image, and what she wanted was that same cute bee but with a bow and tutu!  I thought to myself this is going to be so cute and loved taking on this project.  I wanted to show you a couple of the stages I went through and tomorrow I will share the final image :)  I did all the changes on my Ipad 2 using the Adobe Ideas app!  I really love working on my Ipad it is makes things quicker and easier.

I was soooooooooooo excited when I go the mail yesterday!  I knew it was only a matter of time before I received a set of all 3 clear stamp sets from Laura!  I knew that they were gonna look nice, but I was so impressed when I opened the package.  The stamp sets look like they can be sold in stores, they have great packaging, layout and I love the back info!  They  I don't know what it is but it is such a rush to see your artwork turned into an actual product and to look "store ready" is crazy lol.  Here are a few pictures I took this morning! (I am actually giving these away to my mom as a gift since she is here visiting for the holidays!)  She loves them too!  So if you haven't already go check out lil' Inker Designs Shop to order your own!

Did you know that some of my designs are available as Digitized embroidery patterns?   Well Bunnycup Embroidery has released  "Winter Critters" which showcases some of my cute wintery characters!  Check out Milk and Cookies Doggie above, how cute would that be stitched out on a little bib? I can't wait to get my stitched out samples and start making some cute crafts!

So I actually did this last week.  Sandy made a suggestion on 2 Cute Ink facebook page and wanted to see some cute panda's for valentine's day so I thought I would try and sketch on my Ipad 2 in the Adobe Ideas app!  I first tried to sketch in the sketch club app because it allows you to record your work.  I thought that would be neat to see how I start to finish.  I just couldn't do it, i kept thinking i am being recorded and I couldn't draw lol  here are the to clips, sketch 1 and sketch 2 that recorded!
