Cupcake Kitty is now for sale in the Digi shop!
I am happy to release a new digital stamp today called Cupcake Kitty! I made two versions of this cutie, one with a cherry pattern on the cupcake paper and one that is plain! I figure you can add your own pattern if you wanted and make it anyway you like! I was thinking it would be fun to color this kitty black and then make the paper cup orange for halloween! You could even put a pattern of tiny spiders on it too! I think I am going to try that! Maybe tomorrow I will make a Halloween Cupcake Kitty bookmark!

So yesterday when I was flipping through the newspaper I came across this cute tote with a felt cut out turtle on it! I thought that would be a fun thing to make. I was thinking you can take any of your favorite 2 Cute Rubber Stamps Digital Stamps enlarge the image to fit in the center of a small cheap tote bag. Print out the image and then cut out and trace pieces with felt. O you can also cut out flowers, dots or cute shapes to add too! Now I am not sure how easy this will be but I thought it would be worth a shot. You could use fabric glue or a hot glue gun to adhere the pieces on the tote? I wonder if there is some type of sealant you can spray over top to protect it from rain etc? Has anyone done this before? Any suggestions or ideas?
So I am hoping to get back in the swing of things this week! It has been a little hard adjusting to my new schedule. To help fund 2 Cute and of course pay the bills I have got a job at a local bakery eventually going to be decorating cakes! I am also hoping after a year or so 2 Cute will take off and I can run it full-time!! I am pretty excited, I was just so tired this past week! Anyways I am hoping this week I can get some more stamp stuff done!
I was thinking the other day it would be fun to make your own recipe cards with digital stamps or rubber stamps. You could take regular index cards and stamp the word recipe and a cute image! Maybe even stamp a cute border too! I think it would be fun to decorate a halloween recipe card and a christmas recipe card, or even just to stamp one of your favorite images! I think I would like to make some recipe cards with my Bumble Bee Cutie 2 Cute Digital Stamp, maybe add some cute little flowers for the border! They would make such cute gifts, you could add a fun pen make them into an actual recipe book or just put in a clear little package! Or get one of those plastic index holder boxes and decorate the box to match the recipe cards!
So I did this sketch earlier in the week! I was going to draw a fox but instead when I started drawing it was looking more like a cat lol. I got the idea that he would be flying a fish kite and it all came together! Let me know what you think of this sketch on the

I finally finished making my 2 Cute rubber stamped purse pin Idea.
Here is how I did it: 1. I turned the turtle sundae stamp over and placed all 4 wood squares on top to get the whole imaged stamped. 2. I colored each wood piece with prisma color pencils and then outlined the turtle with a a clear glitter pen and brushed the background with gold pearl x powder. 3. I then coated each piece with Triple Thick gloss 2 times. From there I was just thinking that the pin backing wold hold the four pieces in place, but that wasn't the case. I first put some E-6000 glue on the edges and tried glueing them together. It wasn't a strong hold, so I thought I will just glue all four pieces onto a piece of brown felt. 4. I used some fabric glue to glue the felt to the wood and let dry. 5. Then glued the circle pin backing to the back with E-6000. 6. Lastly I added a thin coat of Triple thick gloss once again over the top to seal once more! *I need to remember to take pictures of my next project as I go so everyone can see the process* Hi everyone!
