My First Iced Cake

Since I have been super busy with working at the bakery, I wanted share my first iced Italian Cream cake. It is a white cake with I believe pecans and coconut baked in the cake and the icing also has coconut and pecans and cream cheese. I didn't do to bad for my first cake!. I am hoping this weekend I can work on a better schedule to get stamp stuff done.

This looks soooo yummy, Heidi! I love to bake, and eat the product! I´ll look for that recipe, I never tried it before :-)
I used to decorate cakes too when I was living with my dad, my stepmom is an expert on cake decoration, I took some lessons with her and I helped when I was needed. Loved doing that! I´m sure you´ll love it too :-)
