So I was thinking to decorate a plain wooden frame using sculpey clay and 2 Cute Rubber Stamps. I wanted to take the Cowboy Kid stamp, stamp it into clay and make a clay mold and bake it. From there press clay into the Cowboy Kid "mold" which will make a cute embellishment to color and glue to the frame once baked. I may add some, clay stars, and horseshoes and maybe a cute sentiment too! I am not exactly sure how this will turn out, but I hope it works! Who else has used clay with their rubber stamps?

I have done it before to stamp and even just make inpressions. I find that when I am just making an impression I like to ink up my stamp with versamark so my stamp comes out clean and it is protected from the 'elements' in the clay =)

I have made pins using stamps and polymer clay. I make them small enough to fit on a card so that they are both a part of the card decoration and a gift to the recipient. It is a fun surprise to find that part of the card is a removable gift.

Buttons and pins sound like a great idea too!

I have even used them to make silver clay jewelry. Creating textures in polymer clay or silver clay works really well and the effect of a paint or aging agent creates nice contrast for the texture, as well.
