Right now I am working on some cute country critters! So last night I pulled out my sketchbook and started creating a turtle. I wanted to give this little turtle some cowboy boots but I couldn't make it work! So he got a little cowboy hat and a checker patterned shell instead. I was thinking it would be cool if I can adapt "patterns" in the shell for I think it would be fun to create some designs inspired by Jim Shore's fun sculpture work. I wanted to add something on his back but nothing came to mind. Would love to hear ideas or suggestions :)
