"Cherry Love"! I have always wanted to take my cute characters and color them more artistically. So I was just testing out different brushes and then found the same brush I used for the cherries and just started doodling! The doodling yesterday made me want to follow through with my idea of creating a cute wedding greeting card line using this style! :)
So last night while Brandon, the doggies, and I were having a netflix marathon, I had the urge to play around with my sketchbook pro app. I have only tried it out a few times and I created one of my favorite pieces last year called

So I have been very busy the last few days and have come up with 38 new sketches! I am working on a new series and new simple characters and I really enjoyed how they turned out! Now all I need to do is start inking them and pick out some to color :)
As I have been sketching my sports owls I was getting a little bored. I thought why not just have differnt animals do different sports? I think this will make the sports series more fun by having a variety. I wrote down a few animals I would like to draw such as hippos and flamingos! :) Now I just need to brainstorm a bit more and get back to doodling tomorrow! See you then.
Today I am adding to my "Sports Owl" series and created an owl in a baseball uniform! I think this little guy would look so cute on a baby onesie!
