Can you believe this is the last Friday in February?  March begins next week!  Time to start thinking in green!  St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner and Heidi's Shamrock Turtle is perfect for those green projects you'll soon be making!  This photo doesn't show it very well, but there is glitter on the shamrocks.  What is St. Patty's Day without a little gold sparkle?!
